The Mayfair Hotel Group has gained a reputation as one of the most prominent American and British-style hotels and luxury resorts in Boubanesva, India.

Over the course of 14 years, we have been the go-to supplier for the Mayfair Group, servicing 13 hotels and 2400 rooms. The group’s manager usually reaches out to our responsive customer care rep to place orders for different supplies. They included things for the guest rooms, lobby, kitchen, restaurant, banquet hall, water bar, and conference centers.

The Challenge

Even though the Mayfair Group had a variety of hotel facilities that could host significant guests, they were continuously seeking the latest products in the hospitality industry for their facilities. Also, they frequently try to replace worn-out or spoiled products. Some of the rooms were missing things like soft cotton towels, decent bed linens, bathroom amenities, safe deposit boxes, and more.

The chefs couldn’t cook as well as they could have because they didn’t have the pots, pans, cooking equipment, food processors, and other things that a large hotel kitchen needs.

The hotel restaurant required the proper tableware and accessories, such as porcelain dishes, stainless steel flatware, tablecloths, etc., for a satisfying dining experience. The banquet hall also lacked the necessary amenities to accommodate the huge number of people. They also wanted to make it feel like a Western restaurant so that tourists from the West would feel at home there.

The Result

The Mayfair Group gained access to high-quality items for use in its hotel rooms, kitchens, lobbies, conference center, banquet hall, and restaurants by working with Besteasy. The Mayfair Hotel Group wanted access to a large selection of quality products manufactured by renowned luxury brands. This helped them choose the best items for their business. How we did it

We are able to satisfy the demands of all of our clients since we have a specialized secondary process and coordinate across all of our locations. We ensured that all 2400 rooms in 13 hotels received the necessary supplies. This gave the Mayfair Hotel a pleasing appearance, while the restaurant maintains a typical western ambiance.
